Best friend envy

I just feel like my best friend has got it all, the looks the guys the clothes everything. It makes me look down on my self because I constantly compare my self to her and try to be like her. It's very hard and I don't know what to do. I haven't talked to her about it but I feel like she will use it against me.

It is not easy when you see someone with what you think is everything. I would suggest that you make a list of all your own talents and abilities and the advantages that you have compared to hers.
You do not judge a book by its cover and personality does matter.

Consider your family and other friends, who you look up to and who do you confide in. I am sure if you asked a loved family member such as a grandparent or favourite aunt or uncle, they could tell you what they admire in you. Are you a good listener, do you help other people when they are down, and feel bad about themselves.
You do not have to be jealous of anyone, you just have to be yourself.
