My son is almost 4 years and he can't speak May be has psychological problem. He can't understand anything. The doctor said he has genetic problem and he is really delayed in everything. In this situation I need a help. So want a solution. Please Allah help me

It is a worry when a child is not developing as they should. Did the doctor give you any idea of what could be wrong? Has he referred you to a specialist? What sort of tests have been carried out. What about his hearing, if that is impaired, he will not speak. Does he understand what you are saying when you speak to him.
Does he associated with other children and does he play with them? Sometimes speech is delayed when you anticipate a child's wants. Mixing in a play group, they have to make themselves understood.
If you are concerned and worried, somewhere along the line, if you do some research and ask for another opinion, you will find some more help
