Do you want to learn to like yourself? Do you find it difficult staying positive?
If you do, you are not alone, there are many people who for various reasons don't like the way they are.
Is it possible to change? Yes it is, but you have to learn to believe in yourself. The way to do this is with positive self talk, and the right attitude.
Are you surrounded by people who always seem to be negative, or who constantly put you down? If so, think about changing your circle of friends.

Of course, when you aren't happy with how you are, you will have to tell yourself often every day, how wonderful you are!
