The first and most important thing you should do immediately is stop telling yourself, or any other person, that you have a negative programming. This reinforces to your subconscious that, yes, you do in fact have negative programming.
When you tell yourself something often, the subconscious pays attention, hears, and obeys those thoughts. It will not know that you don't want to be this way, because you tell it that you have negative programming.
Your subconscious cannot tell the difference between the truth and a lie. Can you begin to feed it the information that you have positive programming? When you tell yourself this often enough it will believe you, even though you may feel at this point that it's not quite true.
When you change your thought pattern from negative to positive you will start to feel more confident. If you can spend time telling yourself things such as "I am a worthwhile person" "I am confident and strong" "I am powerful" this is how you will become. Stay completely away from any negative thoughts you may have about yourself.
You have the choice to change your thoughts, and when you realise this, and put positive thoughts into your everyday life, you will be unstoppable!
Only you can do this. You have to believe you can, and you will be able to.
